BRIEF BIOGRAPHY OF PARTNER
INOV – Instituto de Engenharia de Sistemas e Computadores Inovação is one of the largest national technological infrastructures in the field of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and Electronics in Portugal. INOV participates in technological development and innovation processes in close cooperation with governments, enterprises and universities.
INOV’s mission is to transform knowledge into technology adding value to the innovation chain. INOV has a multidisciplinary team of researchers, scholars and highly qualified professionals specialising in project management.
PARTNER’S ROLE IN THE Nightingale PROJECT
INOV is actively involved in the NIGHTINGALE project and contributes to almost all work packages. INOV leads the development of the mobile platform app and the triage devices. Another significant contribution of INOV is enabling AI for prioritisation of help requests coming from various sources and the integration of Public-Safety Point with the Information Management System.
As a technical partner of the project, INOV participates in extensive testing of the developed solutions and user familiarisation with them.
